Privacy policy.
Effective date: October 14, 2026. This policy covers the probeai.ai website. Data handled by the ProbeAI product inside a practice is governed by the practice's agreement with ProbeAI.
Who we are
ProbeAI ("we", "us") operates probeai.ai. You can reach us at support@probeai.ai.
What we collect
When you request a demo, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, practice name and role. On the full form we also collect your phone number (optional), number of veterinarians, practice type, ultrasound make and model (optional), notes (optional) and your consent.
With each submission we also record the page you submitted from, the time, the referring website, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, utm_source). If you book a time, Google Calendar collects the name, email and time you choose, along with the details you enter on the booking form.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, schedule and run the demo, send you a confirmation email, discuss ProbeAI with your practice, and understand which channels bring visitors to the site. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Service providers
We use Formspree to deliver form submissions; Google Workspace for email, calendar booking and our automatic confirmation email; and Cloudflare for hosting, security and, where enabled, cookieless aggregate web analytics. These providers process data on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
Cookies and embedded content
probeai.ai sets no cookies. Your browser's session storage briefly keeps campaign tags and the referring website so they can be attached to your form; it is cleared when you close the tab. The booking calendar on the confirmation page is embedded from Google, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in conversation or a business relationship with you, and for up to two years afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop being contacted. Email support@probeai.ai. We will verify the request and respond within 45 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we will not discriminate against anyone for using them.
Where data is processed
In the United States. Our service providers may also process data in other countries under their own safeguards.
Children
This site is for veterinary professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and flag material changes on the page itself.
